Lost the ticket pass card, call the help center, before I exit he asked me how long was I there. I told him may b an hour and he told me $3.5 (perfect) and I drove my car went to exit barrier arms and call help center again and the other guy just charged me $10 not even asking how long was I there. got locked out of the car park from the inside of the shopping center at 6.30pm. the internal lift only took us to ground level and after calling around we were told need to get out of the shopping center and enter the car parking from outside. so we end up using vehicle acess walked up 6 level to our car. surprise surprise, the boom gate worked 100% and charged us to the minute. very disappointed
It was awesome 👌. The chilli 🌶 festival 😋
