Put lock nuts on backwards! Put MY LIFE AT RISK!!! Denied responsibility. No record of transaction. Spoke broke on a brand new ebike so thought I'd let the pro's handle it as it was my first ebike. After the repair, the rear derailleur snapped off! Out of nowhere! Stacked it in traffic and lucky I didn't get hit. Decided to fix it myself and found that they had 100% put the lock nuts on backwards. The wheel had not been placed back on correctly. Basic stuff.
