Great crew of workers and fixed my bike quickly
Went to the Bike Hub for our free 12 month service. Even though we were a couple of months over due to being away, no consideration was given to us and we had pay full price. The sales person didn’t even check our purchase date. Once bikes ready for pickup in a timely manner. I asked what was done and what issues found. The reply I got “we are not sure as we have no feedback. But we are sure there was a software update “.please explain the software update of a push bike as your sales person did not know.
