The owner of Wollongong Auto Excellence (Nick) is a very arrogant individual. He has attempted to throw shade on a poor repair from his workshop and used aggressive tactics to save face with a customer. Disappointing from a local business owner.
This shop is close to where i work, so i booked my car service there,but I was shocked they charged me $397 AUD for what was essentially a basic car service — just an oil change, oil filter replacement, and a general inspection,that’s unbelievable,i’ve never been charged this much at any other place before,feels like a rip-off,I’m definitely never coming back again.
