I've been coming here since 2006 when an NRMA roadside guy suggested them. The whole team are the perfect balance of professional and friendly. Don't look any further for a mechanic, just come see Nick and the team.
Was just trying to book my car in for a service and had a really bad experience over the phone with Dan. Came across super rude and dismissive, like I was an inconvenience just for calling. No basic courtesy or willingness to help – honestly, felt like I was being rushed off the phone. You’d expect a bit of professionalism, but nope. It left a pretty bad taste, and I won’t be coming back. Plenty of other places around that actually value their customers.
Amazing and friendly service! I was pleasantly surprised by their affordability when quoted for repairs on my Celica. Trustworthy and a job well done, will definitely be getting my business in the future!
Just had my car serviced and I have to say, these are probably the best mechanics I’ve ever used. As usual they go above and beyond. Extremely happy and highly recommend! Friendly, reliable and happy to accommodate. Thank you!
