A week ago today I had to say goodbye to my horse Pride who was a much loved part of our family for 25 years. This wasn’t because he was too old or sick it was avoidable which made it all the worse. I contacted Wollondilly Equine and Wade attended twice before the eventual and unfortunately inevitable decision was made. We've used Andrew and Wade for many, many years, and although we can be a little 'high maintenance' at times their entire team always go above and beyond with the most professional and knowledgeable service. Thanks always guys!
Was told by receptionist that vets would confirm with me when they could make the appointment. Next day I wake up (after a night shift) to an sms advising they are on the way. No confirmation between us, just advising me they’d be at my horse in an hour. (I seen the message an hour later when I woke up). So I was incredibly rushed and not properly awake. Got there, was charged $500+ ON THE SPOT for a quick numb and cut of a Haematoma the size of my palm. (Which was Under 5min work) The vet described it as “basically a blood ... read more
