My friend had a nightmare after dealing with Wollinka-Wikle Title. They bought a house and later found out about a huge HOA violation that cost them thousands. The HOA had sent proof of this issue to Wollinka-Wikle Title before the closing, but the agency just ignored it and didn't say a word. YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED! I bought a house with a serious ($8k) HOA violation. The HOA provided documentation proving that this information was shared in writing with Wollinka-Wikle Title, but they overlooked it and did not disclose it before closing. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!
