While the GP was excellent, the receptionist lacked basic customer service skills.
Dr Jenny is the best. I moved away from Wolli many years ago but continue to travel to see her and now bring my children to see her, too. Reception don't always answer the phone, though.
My family and I have been seeing Dr.John Chu for nearly 20 years, and it’s no exaggeration to say that he is the best GP we could ever trust. He is a compassionate doctor who always makes his patients feel cared for and at ease. Among the many GPs out there, I truly believe that finding someone as trustworthy as him is like winning the lottery. The clinic staff are also very pleasant and friendly.
