I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 4 years. Dr. Olga and Dr. Jenny are always knowledgeable, professional, and warm — I truly appreciate their care. However, the receptionist often calls me exactly at my appointment time to ask how far away I am. At my last visit, I arrived at 1:02pm for my 1:00pm appointment, yet she had already called right at 1:00pm to check on my arrival. This has happened at several recent visits.
