Friendly welcome and informative staff. Bike was serviced quite quickly, and they called me when it was ready.
Great service by the after sales team
Great customer service at Woolaston Motorrad and great attention from Owen in sales. Its no wonder they are getting close to the level of customer service my local dealers Reitens were getting before BMW downgraded them to a service centre as they couldn't afford the showroom upgrades BMW UK were demanding
Bought a 2024 Yamaha R1 from Owen, great customer service and was helpful throughout the whole process. Had the bike over just a month now and couldn’t be happier. Owen has kindly stayed in contact and checked in to make sure there had been no issues. Will certainly look to buy another bike from this place in the future.
