Just sent my mini into Wollaston for a service and a few bits sorting out. They were great, polite and professional, got all the to do list sorted as promised , can’t fault them and happy to visit again .
I am a mini lover. However, I am not a car salesman lover! I walked into Wollaston to enquire about a JCW Countryman. I was greeted by Victoria, who, without a shadow of a doubt made my mind up to buy the car! She was super helpful, not at all pushy, super informative and followed up on all promises! I am so happy with the car, its The Best and so grateful for meeting Victoria!

Took my car for a service. Had an issue with a tyre which was on their report and provided to me. Picked up my car, checked and the tyre was replaced on the wrong wheel. Checked and I still had the issue with the tyre. Stuff happens which is fine, so went in to get it sorted, which it was, but the person in the service dept blamed me for telling them the wrong wheel position even though they had paperwork to show which tyre it was.
