I am a mini lover. However, I am not a car salesman lover! I walked into Wollaston to enquire about a JCW Countryman. I was greeted by Victoria, who, without a shadow of a doubt made my mind up to buy the car! She was super helpful, not at all pushy, super informative and followed up on all promises! I am so happy with the car, its The Best and so grateful for meeting Victoria!
I wanted to say a huge ‘thank you’ to the staff at Mini Used Car Sales, especially Kyle who was very patient and kind. I am very happy with my new Mini and over the years have always been pleased with the service I have received. Buying my new car has been an enjoyable experience and made very easy for me. Took my car for a service. Had an issue with a tyre which was on their report and provided to me. Picked up my car, checked and the tyre was replaced on the wrong wheel. Checked and I still had the issue with the tyre. Stuff happens which is fine, so went in to get it sorted, which it was, but the person in the service dept blamed me for telling them the wrong wheel position even though they had paperwork to show which tyre it was. I rang Mini MK parts and got no reply. Went down personally to find parts closed. Rang back following day - no answer again on Parts option. Rang again on option 1 - “to buy a new car” and got straight thru’. They would ask Parts to call me. 2 hours later nothing. Reception tried parts again - they got no reply. Tried Wollaston instead. Parts did answer the phone . I had a lovely experience with Kyle Mock! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right car. The service was top-notch, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, including the nice big bow on collection!
