This BMW dealership really sets the bar high for service compared to its competitors. I purchased an approved used car and was looked after by Roger who provided a fantastic service with excellent communication throughout. A minor hiccup on handover, they turned into a positive - that’s when customer service is at its best. Highly recommend for purchase and service etc.
