Went in with a friend to pick up his new car. Ended up buying a BMW 128ti for myself. Ryan from sales team was fantastic. Let me do my own thing , didn't push for a sale. Took the car for a test drive same day. Called back the next day , Ryan sent out all the details for the PCP deal . 4 days later collected my new car . Fantastic service and friendly staff all around . Would definitely recommend to all.

I had an amazing experience with Wollaston BMW. Grant and Roger were outstanding and supported me throughout my recent purchase. I arrived feeling very disappointed with Mercedes regarding my part-exchange, but they took everything on board and resolved the issue quickly. Oliver was also extremely helpful during the handover and explained everything in detail. I was nervous as this was my first BMW purchase, but the whole team was incredibly welcoming. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
My 1 Series had a drivetrain light pop up, i called the service team who had the vehicle booked in the next day, over the phone they explained the diag and warranty processes very clearly and were very polite and professional throughout. I dropped my vehicle off 0800 and the service team called me at lunchtime with a diagnosis, and timescale of repair.
