If you trying fight a FEDERAL EEO CASE, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RETAIN THIS GUY! He'll accept the case, charge you 1000's of dollars knowing full well you'll have little to no chance at prevailing. He basically swindled me out of thousands of dollars. Unless you have 10 GRAND and up to hire a prominent law firm, you will never be successful at suing the FEDS.
