I've been with Dr. Hennessy for a little over year, becoming a patient once I decided I'd be living in the province indefinitely. My initial impressions were fantastic. As a part of the onboarding process, I had an initial meeting with Dr. Hennessy and she was so easy to talk to and explained the ethos behind the work she does at her practice. Absolutely the best dentist there is anywhere. I used to have fears going to the dentist, that stopped as soon as I started coming here to see Dr. Hennessy! Also the rest of the staff, you all are wonder too!

Dr. Hennessey is very good, but the front desk staff is extremely rude and demeaning. I've been a patient for many years here but am sadly going to have to take my business elsewhere after the treatment I received from Debbie at the front desk today. In fact she left me in tears and suggested I make an appointment elsewhere. Until that huge customer service issue is addressed, I'd say find another dental office that actually values their patients.
