I took my Tiguan in on monday knowing about a water pump leak. They did confirm and brought up some other none issues that couldve been later. So they saved me some money. They are honest and Paula, Rick were amazing. I wont take my VW anywhere else.
I had some trouble with my local VW so I called up Wolfsburg Tech for a second opinion. They killed the dealership in price, satisfaction, and vibes. Good People. Thanks.

Audi transmission warning lit up heading south on I75 last Sunday night. Once I found a tow truck, the question was where to take it when I was 4 hours from home. I decided to text Wolfsburg Tech 8pm on a Sunday from the side of the Freeway and got a response. Good sign. "can you help me out?" We have a 2 month backlog. Maybe a good sign. Highly unprofessional. I called two weeks ago and described my issue. They said they could handle it in two weeks. I waited two weeks and then talked to them and now they say they can “maybe get to it in a few weeks”. There is no way you go from two weeks to five plus weeks without knowing better. The issue I described was an issue where you could not drive the vehicle and they knew that and led me on for two weeks and not even telling me when I checked in the week in between that they needed more time.
