Rick, (The Owner) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I arrived to pick up a car my husband had purchased that was located at his shop. While there, our interactions with him were always easy and Rick was Extremely accommodating to our needs. He made sure we were able to get the car and even though we had to sit and wait a few hours for the flatbed to arrive to get there, he made no complaints and made sure we had everything needed to get the job done. Brought my Audi Q7 to replace the ac compressor that had gone out in my vehicle. Another shop told me I needed new motor mounts too! (Very expensive)… turns out I did NOT need motor mounts, did have a muffler crack/ leak… and my AC compressor job came in at $1000 LESS than what the shop who told me I needed motor mounts quoted me. I found the perfect shop for my Volkswagen Jetta. These guys really know their stuff. I would definitely use them again!
I frequented this business as a delivery driver for over a year. Rick and Paula are two of the nicest people I ever came in contact with between central Georgia and Atlanta. I wasnt a customer, but I learned something every time I stepped through the door of that shop. If I ever own a vehicle that they specialize in working on, I wouldn't hesitate to make the 2 hour trip to get it to them.
