Audi transmission warning lit up heading south on I75 last Sunday night. Once I found a tow truck, the question was where to take it when I was 4 hours from home. Highly unprofessional. I called two weeks ago and described my issue. They said they could handle it in two weeks. I waited two weeks and then talked to them and now they say they can “maybe get to it in a few weeks”. There is no way you go from two weeks to five plus weeks without knowing better. The issue I described was an issue where you could not drive the vehicle and they knew that and led me on for two weeks and not even telling me when I checked in the week in between that they needed more time. He's a true expert in his field and always ensures to go over any issues found and what the solution was/is. He's very knowledgeable and honest. Rick, (The Owner) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I arrived to pick up a car my husband had purchased that was located at his shop. While there, our interactions with him were always easy and Rick was Extremely accommodating to our needs. He made sure we were able to get the car and even though we had to sit and wait a few hours for the flatbed to arrive to get there, he made no complaints and made sure we had everything needed to get the job done.
