My wife’s EOS needed attention to some of the electrical components, as well as the seals and fitting of the convertible hardtop. This shop was highly recommended by fellow EOS owners. It took a bit of time, as good things often do. But sourcing parts for a 20 year old car can be tricky. Our VW dealer in Vancouver where we bought the car discouraged us from tasking their service department with the necessary repairs. We’re pleased to have found Wolfsburg and happy to spread the good word!

Great experience. Total transparency throughout the repairs. I was kept in the loop when parts needed to be ordered. And about the estimated completion date. No surprises when I picked up my VW. Levi is very personable, and patient, which made it easy for me to ask questions.
Had a good experience at Wolfsburg with my Audi. Very thorough, made suggestions that were founded and found the Staff to be very collaborative. I do recommend them for your needs.
Levi and the team helped me sort out a leak on my 2018 Tiguan after a rough back and forth with the VW dealership. I'd had a worsening leak for over a year that the dealership couldn't seem to fix nor communicate about consistently. My most recent visit to VW ended with an outrageous quote, a bunch of fees for things that weren't communicated or needed for the car, and no reasonable explanations.
