I was recommended to Wolfsburg by 2 separate friends and I’m so glad I listened! The owner is very nice and always so helpful. Levi who I believe is the new shop manager was extremely nice and when there was a little hiccup with fixing my side mirror he stepped up and came up with a plan right away. Levi was also really great about getting back to me right away and also phoning me to let me know about the progress with the work being done. When I started to use Wolfsburg, the original owner seemed very fair and honest with his work and billing. However, now there appears to be a new owner/manager and he has seriously over billed me on my last few visits. I know that German car parts and labor come at a premium, but I've been left disappointed with the level of overcharging for what were relatively simple tasks/inexpensive parts.
