When I started to use Wolfsburg, the original owner seemed very fair and honest with his work and billing. However, now there appears to be a new owner/manager and he has seriously over billed me on my last few visits. I know that German car parts and labor come at a premium, but I've been left disappointed with the level of overcharging for what were relatively simple tasks/inexpensive parts.

Guys are very knowledgeable about Volkswagen and very clear with what needs to be done. I needed breaks done for sure as you could hear grinding, but I also was thinking about the way the tires had worn and that I may have needed an alignment, not to mention when you would be driving slow and would turn hard there would be knocking or thumping from the right front side so I was thinking maybe ball joint.
