Bret was our lead technician for the entire process. He came out & evaluated our system & gave me several different options. I ended up going with a new system & replacing all the duct work. The process was seamless and very easy. Bret, Sam, Landon, & Justin were all very professional & courteous. Bret came out to check our system & gave us different options about replacing or attempting to fix it. We chose to get a new system & replace all the duct work. The process was very easy. Bret came for the service call today. He was very professional and kind. My A/C was working when he left. Thank you.
Brett came out to service the AC unit. Very happy with the service he performed. He found the unit missing a screw, a cap was loose, fan covered in dirt, init full of leaves, he cleaned, serviced and replaced the missing screw and fixed the cap. Sounds quite again. Love working with this company, very nice people, quality installation, necessary changes to system are made to insure the unit performs as it's supposed to. Brett is very nice, my dog approves of him, if he wasn't a good guy she'd now.
Bret was great fast & polite. I dont remember what the policy cost but I didn't pay anything today. Ready for summer!
