Worst title company. Don’t use them ever. Their affiliated agents will suggest using them cause they get a kickback from it. Biggest regret of my life. They charged me as the seller a $575 settlement fee on top of another $300 in fraud fees. They waived the $300 fraud fees after complaints. The poor buyer who picked this title company got charged a $1675 settlement fee on top of another $300 in fraud fees. A normal rate is $800 settlement fee TOTAL. They charged $2,200 in settlement fees and an additional $600 in fraud fees.... read more
