felt mislead because of the information given about a free private lesson, was told to come in and just join an adult lesson, while the website says they are safe and care about your safety, they just throw you into a pretty intense warm up with no prior stretching or anything which for someone who wasn’t expecting it, would be grave for their health. when i entered the vibe felt super tense, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. from what i saw, i wouldn’t believe the “family” aspect from the website. i became injured during just... read more
