I find them v inefficient...! Have had more trouble with their Dental and Vision Insurance than I should ... Let me add that though I made certain I was going to CD - I still was not sure if I was assigned to that group until a couple of hours before the appointment...
Same issue as above. First after two phone calls and bad advice, call back and told 60 day wait. Hold on, liars. It was an automatic deduction and you got the funds within minutes the same day. I do not have 60 days to cancel any auto deduction or reverse them, they are not allowed under banking laws for auto deductions. You are simply stealing and holding funds, aside from your company demanding payment 15 days before service is rendered. The best customer service! They are easy to work with and professional.
Won't refund you for 60 days once you cancel your plan, talk about a bunch of bull! Especially when they overdraft your account and you contact them the day of the payment being made. "Sorry sir we can only send you a check in 60 days"
