We contacted Wolfgang to come out to service our Subzero refrigerator/Freezer because the ice maker was not making ice. The service tech came out and I explained what was going on. The freezer and refrig was keeping temp but no ice was being made. I showed him a bag of ice that was in freezer for two weeks and it was still frozen. He took every shelf out of the freeze took out a panel and removed the ice maker.
