I needed my dryer repaired and Earl was at my house the very next day, on time, and had everything available to fix it then and there. He did an excellent job and we will certainly use him again. Thank you!

Told us that we needed a part and that he would need to order it. He said it wouldn’t be in for two weeks. After two weeks he called and said they didn’t make that part anymore. We called another company and they said they had the part on the truck and they fixed it within hours. The gentleman didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. Please don’t use him.
Came to the house, not wearing a mask. Prices were outrageous (and kept changing depending on when you asked) just for the heating element on the dryer but I needed it fixed ASAP. He fixed it quick and already had the part in his truck so that was nice. Then I went to pay him with my credit card and he told me he only takes cash and check but didn’t mention that at all while we were on the phone. Most people don’t use cash or checks anymore! He came to our house and looked at our washing machine for about 5 minutes. Told us it could not be fixed and charged us $125.
