This dental office is a complete disaster. 1st there is a year-long wait for an appointment which is definitely not typical, and it can feel like the dental office isn’t respecting your time or needs. 2nd when your appointment date finally comes there is no guarantee that you will be seen by the dentist because the front lady is the decision maker there and very unprofessional. No professionalism at all I confirmed my moms appointment in June for Aug 4 at 3 . I called them ,means instead of them calling I called them and their receptionist told me Doctor is not in the office and I was okay and reminder my mom have no teeth from June and she is swallowing her food everyday and waiting eagerly for my appointment. I told her okay reschedule and she is giving me October the latest for appointment Oh my Lord what a professionalism .
