Terrible costumer service. The lady on the phone is completely incoherent. She sounded miserable and wouldn't listen to my questions. She was pushing me off the phone. Took my vehicle there three times every time she was really rude never again.
Bob Wolfe and his entire team are the people I trust with my car. Every service, every interaction is always polite and professional. Had work done here for over 20 years. Always was pleased and at a fair price. Never knew each person by name but I recognize the mechanics and Mr Wolf was always a nice guy. And the parts guy. But the middle aged lady at front desk with gray hair is miserable and needs to find a different job. Not the older gray hair lady. She’s always been sweet. If I could leave less than one star I would. We initially took my wife’s car over after we started having intermittent issues starting. After having it for a week they told us that they can’t figure it out but we requested to pick it up they suddenly told us it was the crank sensor. After they replaced the sensor we picked it up and not even a week later we started having the same issue.
