The hotel itself was decent and in a cool area downtown Moan. We didn’t really have many problems at first. The man checking us in was pretty cold and did not communicate things well. After we left, we spilled our dogs water bowl and cleaned it up with a towel. Well they saw that wet towel and charged us $25 for “ruining a towel with dog urine”. O.K. I understand it is a “boutique” hotel. The desk mgr, told me that meant it was mininamlist. That must mean not providing pretty basic stuff. I don’t see that as a selling point. Two of us had one washcloth, not many outlets, no chairs, no desk, no coffee machine in room, no mini fridge or microwave, except on the floor above us, very dim lighting, no streaming on tv BUT, there is a turntable in the room?

Amazing stay. Service was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was superb. We had the breakfast burritos, which were tasty and came with fresh and high quality fruit!

The rooms are super stylish and the staff is really friendly/helpful. Reasonable walking distance from near by shopping and dining. The bar has great drinks too, our favorite cocktail was the “Storm Warning”! My only critique is that the bar runs under a restaurant license, so you can’t order drinks unless you buy food.
