BEWARE!! They violate ADA laws by charging a "pet fee" for service animals and then ignore any attempts to have those charges reversed/refunded. I reached out to their corporate offices, PM Hotel Group and KWC Management but apparently they don't care either as I have not received a reply. I will file a complaint with the DOJ since I have the front desk supervisor on record acknowledging that they charge the fee for service animals!!!! On a side note. Beautiful brand new hotel right at the doorstep of Arches. Staff was super helpful and kind. My new go-to in Moab.
I wish I could rate this hotel higher, but I just can’t. The hotel has lots of character, very well designed, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, but ultimately it is not functional for the most important aspect of a hotel: sleeping. The rooms are lovely, really cool designed, but just not functional. The AC’s (which have been mentioned countless times in the reviews) are so loud and make the room freezing rather than cool. This hotel smells amazing with really cool decor and finishes in both the common areas and rooms. The pool/spa/sauna all work and are clean. The beds are comfy and bathrooms are awesome. The location is nice although not really walkable and the rooms are smaller. You can tell this was newly renovated but not a brand new building. The staff here are friendly and chill, and I would highly recommend it if the price is as low as I paid. ($90 a night, peak season, with all fees and taxes included- a steal for Moab!
