Kurtis is a very knowledgeable mechanic with foreign vehicles. My VW was worked on to no avail for a year until Wolf's actually found an fixed the problems. Recently went a second time with not so much luck! Over charged me after knowing him personally all the way down to windshield washer fluid topped off. Got shocks & struts done that was done correctly but with the highest costing German made ones out after stating I didn't want to spend a lot if avoidable. This family-run business has staff that are very friendly. Curtis, the owner, was very good at fully explaining the problems that we needed to correct on my vehicle. He has worked on my Volvo before and I trust his judgment.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on the owner Kurtis Sniezek for attempting to take advantage of me and rip me off. I really hate writing a negative review and very rarely do so, but I feel this situation warrants an honest account. My Volvo SUV broke down the day after Christmas on Veterans Bridge (super inconvenient) with what I assumed was a faulty alternator, having dealt with this particular issue a few times with my last Volvo.
