Another "hidden gem" gone to crap. They charged me $250 to replace a radiator hose that failed shortly after the repair. We have been purchasing and installing expensive audi antifreeze since the "repair." They are now refusing to remedy the problem. Even hanging up and saying they don't want my business but also not offering a refund for the faulty work. I was even accused of coming in drunk when I don't drink at all. Seems the front desk guy sits around and drinks on the job. You get what you pay for here.

I will likely be using this shop until they close or sell. I shopped around with quotes, they had the best price, but were honest about the work my car needed (less work than what I expected).
