Purchased two units from Wolfer's Home Service recommend by Costco. These are ductless air/heat Lennox with a 7 year warranty. Must service every year. After 3 years, one of the units went out and Wolfer's came out and determined that it would be $1,138. When confronted that it was still under warranty, "It is still $1,138". I would not recommend this to anyone. I had a/c installed last month, but their communication is absolutely terrible. I’ve still gotten no information on how I make my payments, not have I gotten any info on how to use the new system. When attempting to register the unit with Lennox for the warranty, I discovered they didn’t even give me all the info I need to do that. I suppose I’ll have to call AGAIN and ask AGAIN how I can pay for all of this stuff I can’t even really use. I could type more but I’m tired.
My sink was clogged and it was not fixed after $350. Wish at least let me know if this is something they can't fix or what could be additional service and cost. Person who worked on my sink said it might drain slowly but shouldn't take two days. I emailed company and company never respond. Some said this is what I need to pay the price to know how to find the good and bad company but if company respond to my email, it wouldn't be this bad.
