Even though we did not end up working with them directly, they were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. I reached out because I needed to remove a hot-water baseboard heater, and they took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done and what the proper process should look like. Josh & Brian did a great job. They arrived on the scheduled day, as agreed on weeks in advance. When an unanticipated issue arose with the replacement of an older, original heatpump the solution was much more than a workaround but resulted in a solution far better than we've lived with for the past 21 years.
