Josh was friendly, helpful, and capable. He was patient when I was unsure and needed options in my quote for replacing my AC and ultimately the furnace as well. He was able to answer my questions and come up with the best solution for my home and situation. The pricing was reasonable for the work involved and I'm very happy with my new heat pump.
