When good friends refer me to things like doctors, restaurants, insurance agencies, I usually do my research about them first. The first time I called this place, I did not have any problems about getting calls returned or about answering my questions promptly. That was 2016. Then when you truly need them the most, returning phone calls are impossible to request. For the past 4 weeks, I have been asking for a return call from the insurance agency. I'm not writing this review because my insurance claim was denied, I'm writing because of the way I was treated and talked to as a paying customer who has never missed a payment nor have been late on a payment in the 12 years that I was a customer. Once I have been contacted by the owner of this firm with an apology I will update this review.
