Awful place and awful management ran by an awful organization. This place was fantastic as a private practice under Dr Simon, Dr Wolfe, and later Dr Chen. I recently called for a new prescription and was told they are closing at the end of the week and that I would need a new primary doctor. You tell me only after I call for a new prescription that you’re shutting down that week? And not during my previous months’ visit? AND you won’t tell me where my doctor is going? Shame on Jefferson.

Four messages left and FOUR days to get a 30 second simple return courtesy call to let me know whether or not a referral was needed for another specialist doctor. In the meantime, I went untreated because the specialist wanted some info from them first. Even the specialist had trouble getting answers. My online file has incorrect data and they say they can't amend it. Not impressed thus far.
