We called because of a backed up toilet. They actually answered their phone, letting me know their field technician would be able to come later in the afternoon. He subsequently called to let us know he could come sooner and arrived within the hour. He was thorough, quickly ruling out a blockage in the drain from the bathroom to the septic tank, then went further and checked out, found and resolved the problem with the septic tank and drain field.
