I take back anything positive I said about Wolfe mobile rv. Ive had water coming in since he "rebuilt" the rear rotten structure. Tried contacting him many times after and received zero assistance. Thought it was fishy he didn't provide pictures of the work he performed before covering it up with paneling. Corners are completely missing due to rot. Pretty much took the money and ran.
I have used this service multiple times since the business opened. Mr. Wolfe has always been very professional and responsive. Recently, my neighbor at our campsite discovered a severe floor issue. Their regular repair person was called and several messages left with no response. Due to the severity, i reached out to Wolfe Mobile RV on a Sunday with pics to see if he could help. Very poor communication! Emailed company 3 weeks ago regarding a water heater issue. He responded same day & said he will be out to look at issue that week. The week went by & heard nothing. I sent him another message, he said his phone broke & he would be out on Last Sunday. He never showed up. I messaged him Monday & still no response.
Amazing work and great prices. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. I've had multiple problems with my rv and everytime I've called him and fixed me right up. Definitely recommended him.
