We had a scheduled oil change at Langley Wolfe Mazda. Upon completion of oil change it was noticed immediately that somehow the driver side power folding mirror had been damaged and no longer works (Our CX5 has always been garage kept and driven 35k in 5 yrs. of ownership). Wolfe Mazda denied all responsibility. Further more, during the purchase of our 2021 Mazda cx5, we had a written purchase agreement for a brand new vehicle and not for the demo they had on there lot. Very friendly & cordial staff, the price quoted for the work was very fair & reasonable and was completed during the time allotted.
This is my fourth Mazda from them and I have not been disappointed with the service. Their personal attention and the speedy process is what I appreciate the most. I have no reason to leave them. The Mazda cars are good too!
