We had a small carpeted area on our stairs and in the hallway that needed a good cleaning. When we booked our appointment, the team let us know that our space was a bit smaller than their minimum charge, and suggested we could add more areas if we wanted. Kyle and Stanley arrived early in a spotless truck, wearing uniforms and greeting us with a friendly yet professional attitude. We had already moved most of the furniture, but they helped by moving a heavy couch for us. After the carpet cleaning was finished, they explained how long we should wait before using the carpet fully, but let us know it was okay to walk on it briefly. After my dog had a few accidents on the carpet because of health issues, the smell was terrible and made the whole room unpleasant. Anything that touched the carpet picked up the strong odor. I used to have carpet in my home and always called Wolfe Brothers Carpet Cleaning for the job. Their worker, Stanley, was amazing—always quick, honest, and explained every step of the carpet cleaning process. My co-worker needed her carpets cleaned, so I recommended them. She was able to get an appointment that same week and later told me how great Stanley was. I’m happy to say they’re just as reliable as ever. I definitely suggest using them if you need your carpets fresh and clean!
