The team really came through for us! We had a little accident with our carpet right before heading out on vacation, and I was worried about leaving the mess until we got back. The wonderful crew was able to fit us in right away, which was such a relief. They kept in touch the whole time, letting us know when they'd arrive and how things were going. We reached out to a local carpet cleaning service in Nahant to get a quote for cleaning our living room carpet, which had a few stains from our new puppy. Stanley was fantastic to work with. He was upfront over the phone about the starting prices and explained how the cost could change depending on the type of treatment needed. When he arrived, he used a black light to find all the problem spots, treated them with a special pet urine remover, and then sanitized and deep-cleaned the entire carpet. This year, Maximus took care of our carpeted areas in Nahant. He was very friendly and took the time to explain different carpet cleaning products and services available.
