I am hesitating to give this more stars because I joined assuming attending classes would be easy & closer than the buckhead Y, this place Wong let you attend more than 3 classes a week & they will call & remove you if you sign up for more. The capacity is posted clearly stating 50 but they limit the classes to 12-20 per class & they really only offer 5 actual classes. This registration also includes water walk time & limits. Incredible hidden gem for those 55+ in Smyrna. Your membership also gets you into the Smyrna Recreation center. Classes at both locations only $5!!
