Going for pool therapy
This is a fantastic pool. It is usually 89 degrees. I workout in the pool as I broke my ankle in three places in 2020. Water walking using water weights is a good cross-training and aerobics exercise. Some of the others who water walk have an issue with the level of my aerobic activity. This is sad as it could help them too if they tried. NOT!
