This post is for my mom, she left her prosthetic there in Jackson, 2 yrs ago, Everytime she calls no answer.whrn she leaves a recording,no return calls..they claim that they will come once a week, still nothing..how is this legal,,it was paid for but still left her with no prosthesis. I wish there was a way she could get her money and her prosthesis back..can't afford an attorney...
I have a friend Mr.Galey that has 2 pairs of shoes ordered with braces that he doesn't have and it's been ordered over 2 years. He's experienced falling and trouble getting around. Now after multiple calls emails still no shoes. We are definitely upset and disappointed with this company. I'm sure they've been paid and I'm going to file paperwork with insurance company for fraud.
After waiting 3 months to be fitted for diabetic shoes I was informed that the location near me in Jackson Tennessee is no longer doing diabetic shoes.
My Step Mom got prescribed a back brace in August. This is December& she still doesn't have it. It this a legitimate business or a Medicare scammer??
There should be an option for ZERO stars! My MIL ordered shoes before July 1. She was supposed to have gotten them in August. Today, 9/22, she still does not have her shoes, and she is being told she can't get them until 10/7 at minimum, because the ONLY person who can verify the fit had a death in the family. While I can sympathize with that, this process has taken WAY too long. On top of that, she apparently was being given attitude when she would call to check on the shoes.
