They where out of the boxes I needed.
Staff was super easy to work with and helped getting hooked up properly. We're insightful and made sure we had a good game plan for cross country move.
Christine and Ruby were most helpful when I stopped by to return a TV Box that was too small. I also picked up more boxes while I was there. Stellar customer service!!!!!
Great experience with the pickup location. Only complaint is that they apparently changed my pick up location that was close to 15 miles away from me. But the lady worked with me and made accommodations and was still able to put me in a moving truck! Great customer service!
Weekend women was very helpful with my return for their “buyback” guarantee. She wasn’t sure how initially but figured out how easily. I’ve been other places where they would’ve just said they can’t do it. Appreciate her diligence.
