Great experience with the pickup location. Only complaint is that they apparently changed my pick up location that was close to 15 miles away from me. But the lady worked with me and made accommodations and was still able to put me in a moving truck! Great customer service!

Weekend women was very helpful with my return for their “buyback” guarantee. She wasn’t sure how initially but figured out how easily. I’ve been other places where they would’ve just said they can’t do it. Appreciate her diligence.

Do not rent from U-Haul Storage in Robertsdale. When it was Wolfbay Storage had excellent service. Don’t know what happened. Stored my Camper since November 2024. In April went to get it and it had been broken into and my heavy duty hitch was stolen. Had NO help or contact from management on how to proceed with cameras or anything!! Then picked camper up on Fri July 11th and brought it back to store it on Sun July 13th and gate would not work. It was three hours before office opened and we had 6 hour drive back home. Terrible experience do not rent from here. Tried to force me to rent a unit that is outta my budget. When I already had a confirmed reservation for a 10x15 outdoor unit. Then proceeded to make me call 6 different people to resolve the situation. Then when no one could help they said to come back another day when I already had my stuff packed and loaded. Terrible experience would not recommend to no one. They have no idea what they are doing.
