It took quite a while before I received my item. I do realize It was personalized but it still almost took a month plus it item was pretty small.
Ordered an important item for my son on March 4th period it is now April 6th and it has not been delivered I have called their listed customer service number 5 times there is no answer there is no directory there is no answering machine they won't let you chat to someone online unless you have an order number there is no order number that was provided in the order all I got was a confirmation number. Basically they stole $40 from me
