Well other than the rude remarks to my son who is a shy quiet person, very sweet. My complaints are my son is a bigger boy and when he didn’t open his mouth up far enough he said act like it’s a Big Mac. We waited over 2 hours in the lobby when the whole time we was there there was one person in the lobby waiting for someone. When they came out they say for a few minutes and when back in. We had an appt for 4:15 we left at 6:30. Dr. Yun seemed nice at first but the Big Mac thing and the snoody little remarks I don’t recommen... read more
Renee PA does a great job of whatever. She cleans my ears out...frequently unfortunately. Wolf is retired and I think Renee is overworked. Renee recently caught my thyroid cancer. I went to L'ville for surgery because it was faster than treating locally.
My brother was 60 and had down syndrome. Dr Yun was so gentle and kind to him... he had advanced thyroid cancer and had to have immediate surgery... Dr Yun hugged my daughter and I and told us everything would be fine.... after surgery he took time to show us pictures of large tumors and explained everything to us.... John had minimal pain after surgery... John loved him and so do we.... I'm going to him for my thyroid now.... wouldn't think of going anywhere else.... entire office was great and so was his nurse practitioner... read more
Overall poor experience with the office staff. I loved Dr.Tignor, and chose to continue going to this office even after moving 3 hours away. Now, when I try to pay a bill, schedule an appt, etc. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. When given the option to leave a message, it say the mailbox is full. I have been dealing with this off and on for over a year. I finally got ahold of someone and asked if they could refer me to someone closer to me and they refused and told me I had to seek out a new office on my own. I have ... read more
First time patient , 30 min early for paperwork , waited over an hour . Full waitingroom called back after my appointment time . Never go back , never reccomend . Very poor office staff performance , so whats that say of the doctors . Never again
