I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and I’m so in love with all the staff! Recently started seeing Isabella for microdermabrasion and she is FABULOUS 🤩 she always makes sure I’m comfortable and makes it so relaxing for me! My skin leaves feeling pampered and glowing.
I had a wonderful experience here. Upon arriving, I found the place is beautifully decorated, with a peaceful ambiance. The staff were welcoming, warm professional. The treatment was incredible and I was made to feel very relaxed. My skin looks amazing; Isabella is very talented.
When I called to book an appointment I was assured I could customize my facial as I wasn't looking for a Hydra facial nor simply a relaxation facial. I was hoping to focus on my t zone and deal with a couple trouble spots. Nothing I asked for was addressed. I was given a relaxation facial in the end and despite mentioning the trouble spots at the beginning of the treatment they were still not addressed. I emailed to follow up with my experience and concerns with no response.
I had a micro needling treatment that was thorough, hygienic and comfortable. My esthetician, Kate, took all the time I needed to go over any questions or concerns, and explained what was happening step by step. I felt truly cared for! She is also the owner and everyone there was super friendly and inviting. I will definitely be back for a hydra facial and other skin care treatments. I would highly recommend!
