Wolf Storage is AWESOME! The rental process was easy, clear and consise. Chris in the office is the best. Shortly after moving our belongings into the storage unit I noticed that there was water on several totes. I also saw a puddle on the floor. I called Chris and she said take pics. Meanwhile she said she would call the owner to advise him of the leak. She called me back within 5 min and calmly explained what the process would be in getting the leak fixed. I went to put some boxes in my Mom's storage unit at Wolf Storage Allenstown for her today. Her lock was missing, the door wasn't even all the way down, boxes were torn, items damaged, and there were leaves jammed in the door track, which would seem to indicate it had been like this for a while. When I called the local PD, they said there had been a break-in there and the report was already filed. Found the place clean and the people friendly. we had to call after hours and they returned Our call within thirty minutes. We would recommend wolf storage.
