It is all or none with this guy. He will do the work or blows you off. We had him do work for us on one issue did fine; on another took forever & when we went into the office he threw a fit. Its a small town it was not a personal issue it was business. Did not like being called out on not doing his job and was seen in the record store browsing on more that one occasion LOL We neeeded the subjuct delt with in a timely manner. We really like him but he took
