Easy to make appointment, nice facility, friendly and efficient staff. Staff listens to concerns and is understanding and accommodating
I wish it was cleaner. The floors always have lots of pet hair. It seems they don’t clean them overnight even. We recently had an early appt, and there was still so much hair on the floor from the previous day. They need standard procedures for cleanliness. Especially in a place where animals are sick and pathogens can be spread.
Atmosphere was great, staff was amazing! I was in the vet field for a very long time and it's truly hard to come by a good veterinary team. Answered all my questions without feeling like I was being annoying and I wasn't pressured into anything. Honestly super pleased!
We are new to Memphis and just brought home a puppy. I brought our pup in to see Dr Allen for his first well visit. All of the staff and personnel were fantastic; kind, knowledgeable, and very caring. I was a little concerned about the dog's lack of appetite and the doctor even called the following day to check in. That was so appreciated. Highly recommend this facility.
From the moment I walked into this hospital, from the moment I walked out I felt loved and so did my precious Sir Banks. Dr. Allen confirmed that my beloved boy had a a mass tumor. She said it was very small and she was shocked that I even found it cause it was so tiny. She wanted to remove it sooner than later. She removed it and it was a low braid zero with a 2% chance of coming back. I am beyond blessed and she got all the margins around it.
