The very moment you enter this "rental" you are immediately overwhelmed with the order of smoke & animals (dogs) . We looked it over & found water bottles under beds 🛌. 1st thing she pointed out to us is the ash trays left out for us smokers. The owner Joyce is not willing to Work with you when comes to resolving issues . We had a few people with breathing issues & were unable to stay due to the overwhelming smoke 🚬 issues . She was unwilling to refund Any money initially due to this medical situation & claimed that you co... read more
This place is a scam - she only operates in cash/money orders so you can't report her to your bank. The house in the photos ISNT where you stay, the owner stays in the attached garage which was not disclosed. The house has clearly been smoked in and had animals for years and not been properly maintained. Owner claimed no one has ever smoked here while sitting next to a table with cigarette butts. She was completely rude and disrespectful when we tried to discuss the issies. Run away.

Lady lives in the garage which is connected to the house with a normal door. She told us that she has an apartment when we were planning on booking, not that she lives in the garage. She smokes cigarettes in the house with her ashtrays everywhere. It reeks! The house smells like dog pee and cigarettes. She never disclosed that it’s a smokers house or that her dogs run freely in the house when it’s not being booked out. I have asthma so we couldn’t stay there with the smoke smell.
