I'd been in the property for nearly 5 years, then William Savopoulos took over the management of that property from the previous Real Estate Agent. Immediately following that take-over, rubbish bins stopped being take out, and cleaning of common areas stopped. He then sms'd me serveral times demanding money I'd supposedly owed on top of my rent (which was via direct debit since I moved in). I had to move out because of all of that. And on top of it, he refused to return my bond.
They need a full rework big time
I am sharing this because it’s important for a business to see where their systems are failing. I have already moved out and settled all my fees in full ( verified by detailed receipts) yet I continued to receive these automated demands. It’s a strange business model where a company is quick to ask for money, but can’t be bothered to fill in the blanks 😆 and check who is actually living in their property. Impossible to contact. Phone line is disconnected, and address of their Lewisham office as per Google and their website is wrong
