They sent me mail to my home address for a settlement saying that I qualify for. I spent countless hours gathering evidence and documents and waiting months for their response. Now they messaged me saying I don’t qualify. Why did you bother mailing me and wasting my time to begin with? Please do not work with this firm for any matters as they have no courtesy and respect for people and their time and only provide falsehoods of wanting to help people when they in fact do not.
I've been calling and e-mailing for weeks now in regards to a settlement claim. ZERO response to any voicemail or e-mail, incredibly unprofessional service.
