The roof top has an absolutely insane view. The Gym is so nice and they have almost everything for a workout. Rent is on the very high end but its total worth the money if you plan on using all the amenities.
My partner and I just moved in to Wolf Point West and we’ve fallen in love with the building and the neighborhood. A huge shout out to the management team for making the entire move-in process seamless, Vince has been a rockstar for us start to finish! Thank you to the whole WPW team, we appreciate you!
I don’t usually post reviews, but living in this high-rise for 2 years has been a nightmare. The tenant above me washed her balcony daily, causing dirty water to drip into my unit. Despite multiple complaints, management did nothing, and my balcony furniture was damaged. I’ve also had packages worth thousands of dollars go missing from the package room, and once again, management didn’t lift a finger. Wolf Point West is one of the best properties I have ever rented -- from the PacNW to Chicago. It offers great amenities, a gym unmatched with worldly views of the river and great proximity to everything Chicago has to offer. So yeah, the place ROCKS! But my experience getting here, then moving was staff driven with superb care and service.
