I waited 3 months to see Dr. Wolf to have SKIN CANCER on my abdomen checked. There was construction on Rutland Road on the way to the clinic and I arrived 1 minute late. The receptionist was extremely rude and was asking me why I was late, I explained to her I had to wait in construction - she replied “hmph” as if she didn’t believe me. She ended up cancelling my appointment because I was 1 minute late. She and the doctor have ZERO compassion for people and their lives to be acting in such a manner. Dr. Wolf and the front desk lady were so nice! I had a very pleasant time at the clinic, everything was explained thoroughly
The service experience was very disappointing. I booked a medical immigration exam for my daughter and was given only a few days’ notice for the appointment. I immediately tried to contact the clinic by email to explain that I could not attend due to work, but I never received a response. I also tried calling several times throughout the day and could not get a clear answer. I was told that a specific staff member would contact me by email, but no one followed up.
