Dr. Wolf and the front desk lady were so nice! I had a very pleasant time at the clinic, everything was explained thoroughly
The service experience was very disappointing. I booked a medical immigration exam for my daughter and was given only a few days’ notice for the appointment. I immediately tried to contact the clinic by email to explain that I could not attend due to work, but I never received a response. I also tried calling several times throughout the day and could not get a clear answer. I was told that a specific staff member would contact me by email, but no one followed up.
