Jay in sales was very knowledgeable and understood what mower fit my needs best. I was impressed with his approach and ability to work through some modification requests for me. I left with the best cutting mower I’ve ever owned and would recommend Wolf Kubota to anyone
I would definitely say that they are customer service driven. The new headlight on my plow got moisture in it. No questions asked, they replaced it. I was having a problem with a chainsaw. I took it in twice for service and it was not running well. I made a phone call and spoke with Kenny, it was replaced under warranty. Top notch customer service and definitely recommend
Sold me the wrong cruise control kit spoke with the service manager on Friday. He was going to call Kabota to get to the bottom. Call me back Monday or Tuesday. Never a call back from the service manager. I drove out again to return what I purchased. Never apology never nothing I will be going to a different Kabota dealership, even if it's another 50 miles away. I am too old to be treated in this manner, how unprofessional.
Jay was the best sales person one could deal with. He listened to me, and he helped me decide on the best mower, and he delivered what he said. He I ever need service or buy another mower, Wolf Kubota will be the one.
