The rudest and most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Especially the shipping coordinators Shirley L in particular is absolutely unhelpful and disrespectful. For over a week | have been reporting missing materials from my order. She claimed it would be shipped via FedEx, but I never received anything. Later she told me to contact York directly. If I could put no stars, I would. I ŵorked here for 4 years, and what can I say? They manipulate you, they don't communicate with you, they belittle you, they indanger you, and ignore you unless they are bitching at you, and they have a really high turnover. They don't care. What they do care about is accuracy and production, that's all. I needed to take a break from the fork lift because of my legs knumbing up one day, but they wanted to give me an ECA for it, I didn't tell a supervisor, but I did.
