Timothy W*** of Tim Wolf Home Improvements was hired on August 18; 2021 to remodel a small bathroom. The project was done in good faith that Mr. W*** would finish the the renovation within 7 days. After 75 days, the renovation is still not completed. We have had to serve him with contract termination. After which we will have to hire someone else to repair what was done and remodel the bathroom. We we are terminating the contract and we'll need to hire someone else to finish the job. We hired Tim W*** to add an additional 300 square foot room to the back of our home. The problems we have had are too numerous to mention. To make a long story as short as possible, a huge amount of the work has had to be redone or repaired The paint job was unacceptable. The electricity wss not done correctly so we don't have the lighting design we wanted. The heater/air conditioning unit was installed incorrectly causing it to leak and ruin our floor.
