I won’t be business with them again. Ordered our furniture in May. We were told 2 weeks well we got it in August. Kept getting the run around. We are not happy with the service

I wouldn’t even give them 1 STAR! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Seriously, I’m warning you. They DO NOT care about their customers. If your item breaks, good luck getting it fixed. They talk over you, are disrespectful, and the owners are worse than the employees! Worst experience ever. I never leave reviews, but I’ve contacted the Better Business Burea with how awful this store is. Please, do not make the same mistake we did!!!
Just called to find out where my new bed is. Told me 7-10 days when i bought it. Its been 14 and now they tell me it was delayed a week because of Easter. Really ? A one day holiday delays my order by a week. I'll believe i got a new bed when or if I ever see it. Really bad customer service
As the other reviews said, don't go here for anything. Rude people who will not even bother to call you back. Very uninterested in trying to help solve a problem. Once they have your check in hand you can forget any kind of help or service with a problem. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my 73 years! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
